What are my professional credentials?

With 29 years in mortgage lending and underwriting, I’ve held leadership roles at national institutions like Capital One, Bank of America, and CMG Financial. I’ve supervised operations, led underwriting teams, and helped shape process improvements that saved companies—and clients—millions. My background includes FHA, VA, and conventional loan underwriting, quality control audits, fraud prevention, and team management. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and completed a Leadership & Management Certificate program at the University of Texas at Austin.
