Texas Mortgage Associates (“TMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) that adheres to 10DLC (10-digit long code) compliance standards. By opting into or participating in the Program, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Overview
The Program delivers promotional and transactional mobile messages:
- Promotional messages include offers, discounts, and news about TMA services.
- Transactional messages provide updates on your loan application, event reminders, or other relevant interactions with us.
Messages may be sent using automated technologies, including auto-dialing systems. Message frequency will not exceed four messages per month on average. TMA does not charge for these messages; however, standard message and data rates may apply.
2. Opt-In and Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting into the Program, you confirm that you consent to receive both marketing and transactional messages. You also represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
If your mobile number changes or you are no longer the user, notify us immediately at (214) 646-6100 or 10501 N Central Expressway Suite 200, Dallas, TX 75231 to prevent future communications.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent.
To request assistance, reply HELP to any message. Only recognized commands will be processed. Alternative wording will not be effective.
4. Charges and Carrier Fees
TMA does not charge for sending messages, but your carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply. The number of messages you receive depends on user interaction, but you can expect up to four messages per month.
5. Warranty and Liability Disclaimer
The Program is provided “as is” and may not always be available due to coverage or technical limitations. Neither TMA nor its service providers are liable for any delays or message failures. Wireless carriers are not responsible for any delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Program Modifications
TMA reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time. We may update these Terms periodically, and changes will take effect once posted on our website. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
